Tony Cantando

Tony Cantando

Overview & Responsibilities: Tony is the founder and CEO of Crosspoint Capital Management. He is the CIO for Crosspoint’s Tactical strategies and head of strategy development. He has extensive experience working with private clients, institutional investors, and financial advisors on how to implement strategies to enhance their risk-adjusted returns.

Previous Experience: Prior to starting Crosspoint, Tony was a Vice President and Portfolio Manager for ThinkEquity LLC in the Asset Management division. Before ThinkEquity, he worked for the Private Bank at Banc of America Investment Services (BAS) and was a Market Maker/Specialist with Wedbush Morgan Securities. Tony holds FINRA series 7, 24, 55, and 66 licenses and earned a B.S.E. from St. Mary’s College of California.

Personal side: Tony is a Bay Area native and currently resides in Orinda, CA with his wife, Brittney and two daughters. As a sports enthusiast, Tony enjoys cheering on his “beloved” Oakland A’s, San Francisco 49ers, & Golden State Warriors. Before becoming the back-yard coach of his daughters, Tony was a high school basketball coach at his alma mater.

Andrew Lancaster

Andrew Lancaster

Overview & Responsibilities: Andrew is responsible for a wide variety of roles at Crosspoint ranging from research and analysis of investment decisions all the way to daily operational support.

Previous Experience: Prior to starting at Crosspoint, Andrew held positions as an Operations Specialist at Sanctuary Wealth Services before becoming a capital markets analyst at Goldman Sachs. He has been working in the industry since 2014, and looks to expand his experience in the field for years to come. Andrew holds a degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Personal side: Andrew is an Orange County native, but recently moved to the city of San Francisco and currently resides in the Mission District. He played volleyball at Cal, and will forever be a supporter of Cal Athletics. Besides cheering for his home teams like the Anaheim Angels and Los Angeles Lakers, you can find him skiing/snowboarding at Mammoth Mountain or rock-climbing at local gyms.

Ryan Brookman

Ryan Brookman

Overview & Responsibilities: Ryan is responsible for market research and content and heads Crosspoint’s business development.

Previous Experience: Ryan worked in various capacities within institutional equity research, wealth / asset management, financial consulting and investment banking at Citigroup, Envestnet, Banc of America & Northwestern Mutual. He has an MBA in Finance from Wake Forest University and a B.A in Journalism from Indiana University. He holds his Series 7, 63 and 87 licenses.

Personal side: Ryan grew up locally in Lafayette and lives in San Francisco. In his down time, Ryan closely follows Major League Baseball, the financial markets and takes pride in not embarrassing himself when participating in a weekly ice hockey league in Oakland.

Celeste Moye

Celeste Moye

Celeste is responsible for the Sanctuary's accounting and tax functions and serves as Sanctuary's Registered Financial Operations Professional (FINOP) to FINRA. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Celeste has worked with Sanctuary for the past three years. Her professional focus has been working with entrepreneurial organizations in both the public and private sector. She has deep experience in tax, accounting, and systems management, and has worked for a number of accounting and professional services firms, including Hood & Strong, LLP, and Ekhoff Accountancy Corporation.
